This Holiday Villa is located on the Valencia complex which is a long-established residential complex with pretty gardens and fountains. There are fantastic facilities including 2 communal swimming pools, tennis courts, adventure playground and 5-aside football pitch. There is also an Italian Restaurant in the centre of the complex.

Casa Joan Villa is just a short walk away from Villamartin Plaza which is a beautiful central square surrounded by over 40 bars and restaurants (many of which are child friendly). There are also many shops and a supermarket.
