A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is payable on confirmation to secure the booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure (if the booking date is after 6 weeks of departure payment will be required in full).

Payments should be made by cheque or directly into our bank account, details of which will be supplied once the booking is made.
On arrival you will be met by our local agent, who will hand over the keys and help you settle in. A key/security deposit of £100 will be payable to the total which will be refunded once the villa has been checked for damages. A 60 euro's cleaning/laundry charge is also payable and will be added to the balance of the holiday.

Arrival is after 14:00 and check out by 10:00am on the morning of departure. Prices are per week and include full use of pool, water, supplied linen and electricity. Please bring your own beach towels. Welcome packs of basic food provisions are available on request at very reasonable rates.

Our property management company who will help with any enquiries, restaurant recommendations, etc... They will also assist in the event of any problems, or emergencies. Contact details contained within villa instruction pack when you arrive.
